COURT RENTAL POLICY:

Full payment of rental fees are required in advance in order to guarantee your selected date. A site permit is issued upon receipt of full rental fees. Permits must be available on site for all rentals. Permits include site access instructions and the exclusive use of 3 sand volleyball courts, patio sitting area, tables & chairs, volleyball nets, poles, court lines & free parking. Groups must provide their own volleyballs. Volleyball nets and lines are pre-set at standard coed height and dimensions and must not be moved or adjusted. Groups must adhere to permitted entry and exit times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Events are to be held rain or shine. Cancellations may occur up to two weeks prior to the rental date. Cancellation fees apply and are 25% of the total reservation fee, (minimum 1 hour $180, plus HST). No refunds are provided after two weeks prior to the rental date.
