LEVEL A: Highly Competitive, Seasoned Players, Tournament Experience. LEVEL B: Average Competitive, Knowledable Players, Consistent In All Skill Areas. LEVEL C: Recreational to Intermediate, Newer Players, Developing Skills. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum skill level is required for the Mixed 6s Level B - Individuals Program. Players will be assessed to ensure level consistency within the program. HOW TO REGISTER: Simply select from one of our convenient payment options listed below. Then download or print a registration form by clicking the link below. Complete and sign the form and then mail it, or scan and email it to the address shown on the form. Space is limited in all programs and registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment followed by a completed registration form. All submissions are placed on the B.A.S.L. waiting list until full payment is received. COST & PAYMENT: Fees vary depending on the program. Click PROGRAM DETAILS for fee information. HST is not included in the posted rates and must be added to all payments. Several payment methods are available. For instructions on how to pay by cash, cheque or email money transfer, click here. To pay online by credit card, click here. All new registrations must include full payment and a completed and signed registration form. Current dated cheques are accepted only and spots cannot be held in advance without full payment. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Space is limited in all leagues and spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis to fully paid players or teams until all spots are filled. CANCELLATION POLICY & NSF CHEQUES: Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled registrations and the amounts are dependant on the program. Cancellation fees and the REFUND POLICY are indicated on each registration form. A $45 fee will apply to all cheques returned NSF.
